As part of our ongoing development of The Australian Digest and FirstPoint, the Partnership title of The Australian Digest was recently reissued with a new classification scheme. The classification scheme, which is the result of an extensive review of the content of the title, has been significantly updated, and now particularly covers matters such as limited partnerships and specific partnership property.

The Partnership title contains case digests on the creation of the partnership relationship and the terms and conditions governing that relationship; the relationship between partners, and between partners and third parties; the nature of partnership property and dealings with it; partner retirement and death; dissolution and winding up of partnerships; and actions and proceedings between third parties and firms or partners.

The new Partnership classification scheme is now active on FirstPoint on Westlaw AU and Legal Online. Australian Digest paper subscribers will receive their reissued Partnership pages in the coming weeks.
