Family Law Precedents
The Family Law suite of precedents from the NSW Law Society have been upgraded and can now be searched and also accessed as downloadable Word documents on Westlaw AU. This compilation of commonly used family law precedents helps practitioners work efficiently and effectively as part of a successful practice.
Developed and regularly updated by TressCox, this suite comprises over 120 easy-to use and accurate forms and precedents including affidavits, applications, responses, agreements and correspondence.
Conveniently for practitioners, the precedents are located on the same platform as Thomson Reuters’ other family law publications, eliminating the need to move away from Westlaw AU when the matter at hand requires drafting and implementation rather than research.
Subject to subscription access, users can search across a range of related family law content on Westlaw AU, including Dickey’s Family Law with Legislation; case law in FirstPoint, Commonwealth Law Reports, Federal Law Reportsand the UnreportedJudgments collection; and analysis in Family Law Review as well as the ‘Family Law’ title in The Laws of Australia.
