Westlaw AU Tip Update - How to Turn Off Plural Searching
Westlaw AU automatically retrieves the plural terms within your search parameters. Use Terms and Connectors to turn off plural searching.
Step 1: Log onto Westlaw AU
Step 2: Enter your search terms into the search box. Use the # symbol in front of the term you do not wish to retrieve as a plural in your search results ie #child will only find child and not children.

Step 4: A Terms and Connectors table will open in a window. Scroll down this table to find more options.
